Only database administrators can change the owner of an animal in the database! If you need to make such changes, please go to the animal-id.net/contact, contact us at support@animal-id.net or open a support chat in our app and write us the following details to change the owner:
- Animal ID or microchip number.
- E-mail registered in the profile of the new owner.
- Photo of vet passport or other supporting document.
