The premium subscription offers you the opportunity to receive free QR tags for your pets. Under the subscription plans:

Family – 3 tags
To order your free tags, please follow these steps:

Log in to the Pet Care App by Animal ID 📱
- Launch the app on your smartphone and sign into your profile.

Go to the "Promo Codes" Section 🔑

In this section, generate a promo code.

Note: one promo code entitles you to one tag. If you are ordering two tags, you must place two separate orders.

**Place Your Order in the App:

Tap the "Redeem Promo Code" button.

A window will open where you need to:

Select the pet for which you want to order the tag.

Open the editor to choose a photo (from the gallery or take a new one), and enter the pet's name and phone number.

Verify that the information entered is correct – the layout cannot be edited, and the tag will be printed exactly as ordered.

Add the order to your cart.

Follow further instructions to place your order.

**Check Your Order Status:
**- After successfully placing your order, you can check the order status in the "Order Status" section on the main page of the app.

- You can also copy the promo code in the App and place the order via the website
