📌 Registration Steps
1️⃣ Enter your email and phone number.
📢 Important! Use valid contact details, as they will be used for notifications and communication.
2️⃣ Create a password and click "Create Profile".
3️⃣ Set up your kennel club’s page:

Upload a logo

Enter the name, phone number, and address

Once an address is entered, your organization will appear on the map, helping users find and contact you.
4️⃣ Click "Finish" – your account is ready! 🚀

📌 The dashboard includes all essential tools for pet registration and record-keeping.
✅ Pet Registration
You can register pets individually or an entire litter at once to save time.
1️⃣ "Register a Pet" – Choose one of three options:
✔️ There is an owner – Enter the owner's email and phone number. After registration, they will receive a notification with access instructions.
✔️ There is no Owner – Register the animal without an owner. Later, when the owner's details become available, find the pet in your dashboard and add the owner in the "Actions" section.
✔️ I am the Owner – Fill in all required details and confirm registration.
📢 During registration, you can:
✔️ Upload a photo of the pet
✔️ Add a microchip number (or select "None" if the pet is not microchipped)
✔️ Enter the pet's name, breed, color, gender, and species
✔️ Indicate if the pet is sterilized
✔️ Add additional identifiers (ear tags, tattoos, internal kennel numbers, etc.)
✔️ Specify pedigree details and microchip numbers of the pet’s parents (if registered in the system)
📄 After registration, you can download a PDF pet registration card.
2️⃣ "Register a Litter" – Allows you to register an entire litter at once:
✔️ Select the species
✔️ Enter the date of birth and breed
✔️ Add parent microchips (for automatic pedigree generation)
✔️ Specify the number of pets in the litter, microchip numbers, names, colors, and gender
✔️ Confirm registration
💡 You can add owners to registered pets at any time.
