How to Register a New Pet?

Registration via the Pet Care by Animal ID App 📱

Note: The app is exclusively for pet owners. If you represent a veterinary clinic, breeder, shelter, or municipality, please use the registration on the website Animal-ID.net where advanced features are available. 😊

1. Install the App 📥

   • Download the Pet Care by Animal ID app from the App Store or Google Play.

   • Install it on your device.

2. Log into Your Account or Create a New One 🔑

   • Open the app and sign in with your existing credentials, or create a new account if you are a first-time user. 😊

3. Add a New Pet 🐶🐱

   • On the main screen in the "My Pets" section, tap the "+" button.

   • This will open a short form for initial registration.

4. Enter Basic Information 📝

   • Provide your pet's name and select its species (Cat or Dog).

   • Tap "Confirm" to proceed to the detailed form.

5. Complete the Full Form 🖊️

   • Add themicrochip number (if your pet is already microchipped) and activate the QR tag.

   • Fill in additional details:

     • Birth Date

     • Breed

     • Gender

     • Color

     • Sterilization information

   • Don’t forget to upload a photo of your pet by tapping the camera icon 📸.

6. Confirm and Save ✅

   • Verify that all the entered data is correct.

   • After successful registration, you can view and edit your pet's profile, add notes, documents, track its weight, upload more photos, and review the scan history.

Registration via the Animal-ID.net Website 💻

1. Create an Account

   • Go to Animal-ID.net.

   • Click the "Registration" button or log into your account if it has already been created.

   • If the system indicates that your phone number or email is already registered, contact support — we will promptly help resolve the issue. 😊

2. Add a New Pet

   • After logging in, select the option "Add New Pet" by clicking the arrow in the top right corner.

3. Choose the Registration Form

   • Short Form: Allows you to add a photo, specify the pet's name, select its species, and enter the microchip number.

   • Full Form: In addition to the basic information, you can provide:

     • Breed

     • Gender

     • Birth Date

     • Color

     • Size

     • Breeder information

     • Pedigree number

     • A short description (available to all users)

     • Activate the QR tag.

4. Complete the Registration

   • Verify the entered information and click the "Finish" button.

   • After successful registration, you can print a confirmation by going to your pet’s profile.
